Beautiful Autumn!

We have been loving this beautiful warm autumn. The colors were amazing this year! (A side note to my dear sisters...I blogged! Ya happy now?)

Gweny the Dancer

Gweny has been watching Mikayla get dressed for dance class and has patiently sat and watched or stood in the doorway danced along with the class all last year. So she was so excited when we finally said that it was her turn. She started dance classes a few weeks ago and she loves it. She is excited that she gets to be in the Christmas recital and she loves her dance teacher.

Sisters and Lollipops

Mikayla and Gweny are really becoming close friends. A few weeks ago, I they were quietly giggling in the other room, so I grabbed my camera and found them sitting close on the couch reading a book together

They also had fun eating their giant lollipops together.

First Day of Kindergarten

I can't believe Mikayla started kindergarten today. I'm feeling a little blue today. She was so excited to go though, so I can't be too sad.

She got a little nervous when we got there. There were lots of kids and parents and she was a little over-whelmed.

But then, she saw her teacher and she was excited and happy again.

There she goes. Such a big girl!!

Fun Family Outings

After Josh's last test, we had a few days of fun together before school started. We went to the Davis County Fair. It was so much fun.

Mikayla was a little scared of that guy. Gweny wouldn't even let Josh put her down.

She liked the huge cow.

She loved feeding the goats. Gweny screamed so loud when we tried to show her how to feed the baby goats. They got to ride ponies! It was Gweny's first time and she was so brave. She loved it!

Then we went to the Farm at Thanksgiving point and the girls got to ride the little horses again. We had some fun days!
