She has a great teacher, and great friends and I can say with certainty that she will grow and flourish this year, and she'll do it with the style and confidence that I have always admired in others.
School started a little late for us this year. Other school districts in Utah have been in session for at least a week. Mikayla was so anxious for this day. I'm glad it was a good one for her.
She came home happy and excited; ready and eager for another day.
She promised to look out for her little sister. I'm so glad that these two have one another. I'm so grateful for the relationships I have with my own sisters. I hope these girls stay close...they have yet to realize that they are destined to be one another's greatest fan, ally and friend.
...and they both have great hair!
