Yesterday, she lost her first top tooth. She was terrified, and yes, those are tears streaming down her little face. It had been loose for-EVER. She didn't even realize she pulled it because she was crying and it was bleeding and she gave a hard pull and then her tooth fell down into her sleeve. This picture finally convinced her that she was successful.
Then today, about 2 hours before we left for church, she went ahead and pulled the other one. This time however, she was a pro and didn't shed a single tear. She also had a little trouble keeping the rice in her mouth at lunch. (That's what front teeth are for!)
She's excited for another visit from the tooth fairy.
We love our toothless Gweny-Bean.
